Please make sure you SPAM filters accept mail from sales@bangbangboutique. Otherwise you will not receive important updates on your order.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. BBB values your security. Our website software does not save full credit card information. In no part of BBB's system is a full credit card number displayed or stored. Any adjustments to your price, if a change or cancellation occurs, is made automatically on the credit card company's side, which also does not display full credit card numbers to our staff.
If you want to make any additions to your order, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a PayPal invoice for the additional items where you will have the option to complete the transaction with either your PayPal account or Credit Card. Since we do not store Credit Card numbers, we cannont automatically charge your card if you decide to add to your order.
If you decide to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once the package has been delivered to USPS, we cannot cancel your order. If the order is cancelled, you can expect to see the full amount charged back to either your Credit Card or PayPal account within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping & Returns
**** Notice **** BBB is going out of business. Therefore all sales after 7/10/2015 are final.
For orders placed between 6/9/2015 and 7/9/2015:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price only. Unless there was an error or product defect, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to BBB. If BBB is at fault and pays for return shipping - we will provide you with a Pre Paid USPS shipping label and instructions for arranging for your mail carrier to pick up the package. Please hold onto your box as BBB does not provide refunds for packing materials.
You can request a return online by logging into your account, and then selecting "Completed Orders" and clicking on the "Return Items" button. If you are unable to access your account - please send us an e-mail with your PO # in the subject and a brief message of why you would like to return the item.
If something is missing from your item such as a strap or divider, you have 2 weeks from the date of delivery to notify BBB. After that time, we may still be able to get you the missing part, but will do so with applicaple cost and shipping.

We ship to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We can also ship to APO addresses. We do ship internationally on a case by case basis. Please visit our International Orders Policy page for more information.
All of our products ship USPS Priority. Once your package is in the mail, it typically takes 3-5 days to arrive. Some items ship directly from our manufacturers in which case they may ship UPS or FedEx. Regardless of the method, we will provide you a tracking number.
Once your package is in the mail system it is out of our direct control. Therefore, like most internet transactions, the buyer assumes the risk of loss or damage during transfer. If you suspect your package is lost, the very first step is to call your local post office and give them the provided tracking number and open a case. Once you have done this step, please contact us with your case number.
If you want to purchase insurance, please let us know before we ship! Charges for insurance vary.
Turn Around Time and Cancellations
BBB strives to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Most items are ready to ship out within 5 business days. Due to a wide variety of colors, sizes and for all custom orders, there are a few special items that take longer to ship. Below find the common turnaround times:

Occasionally, either Bang Bang Boutique or our suppliers run out of stock before the website is updated. In this case BBB will notify you that there will be a delay in shipping. You have the option to wait, or to request a full refund.
