Payment
In order to get your items faster, please use the PayPal payment method.
BBB perfers PayPal because it offers a variety of services that ensures a smooth and secure transaction. However, we are aware that not every one is a fan of PayPal and that their policies on firearms are, well, they leave a lot to be desired. We will also accept your Personal Check, Money Order or Certified Check. Your item will ship once the funds have cleared our accounts - so please allow an extra 7-14 days for shipping.
As a licensed business in Arizona, BBB is required to charge state sales tax to Arizona residents.
Shipping and Handling
Unless otherwise stated, Bang Bang Boutique ships via USPS and you will always receive a tracking number. Gun Toten Mama purses ship FedEx and a tracking number will be provided.
We offer a flat rate shipping of $7.95 on all orders.
If you need your package in a hurry, please contact us at sales@bangbangboutique.com for rates.
The risk of loss is passed on to the consumer once the package has been delivered to the carrier. You will be provided with a tracking number and BBB will help within its power to track down lost packages.
Turn around time and why you may get more than one package.
BBB strives to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship out within five business days. If any item in your order will take longer, we will contact you and give you the option to wait or to receive a full refund.
In order to offer you the widest selection and best products available for women, some of our products ship directly from our suppliers. We process your order as soon as it is received and will provide you with the applicable tracking numbers.
Gun Tote'n Mama purses ship from the factory via FedEx. From the time you place the order until the bag arrives at your door is normally 5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number, although more often than not the bag makes it to the customer before we can get you the tracking information!
Ocassionally, either Bang Bang Boutique or our suppliers run out of stock before the website is updated. In this case BBB will notify you that there will be a delay in shipping. You have the option to wait, or to request a full refund.
While your order may come in multiple shipments, you only pay ONE shipping fee. BBB will supply you with all applicable tracking numbers. If you are unhappy with your product, you may return it to BBB directly (see below for return policy)
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment (which will be indicated via the invoice and USPS tracking number). Items must be in unused condition. Refunds will be either store credit or refund through PayPal or GoogleCheckout.

Items over $100 will have a 10% re-stocking fee.

Information on Concealed Carry Purses
Bang Bang Boutique is an authorized re-seller of Gun Tote'n Mama purses. These purse ship directly from the factory via Fed Ex. It takes approximately 3 business days to finalize the order and to supply a FedEx tracking number.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the your GTM purse, you may return it to Bang Bang Boutique directly - contacting us first to authorize the return (see above return policy).
You can also get a discount at DesignerConcealedCarry.com by entering the code "BangBang" at checkout. The entire transaction is done through the DesignerConcealedCarry.com website and is shipped to you from them. They will also handle any questions you may have or returns. Please make sure to read their terms and policies before purchase.
Restrictions on the sale of some items
Some of the self defense merchandise offered on this site is restricted in certain states. These items have been designated as such in the description. It is ultimately the purchasers responsibility to abide by all local laws. However, we will cancel and refund any order that appears to be infringing a local or State law.

- For retail stores - Your Federal Tax ID number or a copy of your state resale liscense
- For Clubs and Organizations:
- A copy of a business card showing you are an officer of the organization you wish to purchase for
- Or - Point us to your organizations website, use an e-mail address associated with your organization and provide a reference who can vouch you are authorized to make purchasing decisions.
We will send you a response with the discount schedule.
Then all you have to do is shop! Add product to your cart and when you check out, select the "Quote for Wholesale" option. After reviewing your purchase order and ensuring your meet the minimum requirements, we will contact you with your special pricing. Please note - the shipping rates stated above do not apply to wholesale orders due to the potential volume. We will charge you actual shipping via USPS or UPS.
If you are requesting a sponsorship, we would be happy to discuss possibilities for a discount for your members or students. If we do provide you with a coupon code, you must protect it so that it is available to your members only and not the general public!

I shot a gun for the first time in January 2004. You see, there was this guy I really, really liked. He was into shooting and said he would show me how. I was terrified, but said yes because I really wanted to impress him with how tough I was.
At the range, he laid out a variety of guns before me – even though he patiently explained what each one was and what types of bullets it shot – it all went in one earmuffed protected ear and out the other. All I gleaned was there were semi-automatic and revolvers. I liked the revolvers more.
We both discovered that day I was actually a pretty decent shooter. All my shots stayed within the body outline of my target. If my aim was to impress my guy friend, it worked. He kept nudging the other guys in the range going "Check this out! This is her first time shooting!" Shortly afterwards, he dubbed me with the nick name "Bang Bang."
In August of that year, my friend asked me out on our first real date. It was a great first date, the kind of night that you know is the start of something really special and someday you will tell your grandkids about.
The very next day we went back to the shooting range for date #2. Three months later, he asked me to marry him. He still refers to me as "Bang."
Before my future husband took the time to teach me – guns mystified me. I was half in awe of anyone who knew how to use one and half terrified of the power it held. The first time I knew I wanted to learn how to shoot a gun was in 1998 when I had taken a tour of the FBI offices in Washington DC and the X-Files movie was still fresh in my memory. After watching a shooting demonstration and I was determined to go to college and become an FBI agent.
Life took me in a different direction, and I never did make it back to Washington DC. But just because I don't have a badge or need a gun for work – it didn't mean I didn't need to learn how to use one.
After I got married and we decided to have a child, I got very serious about educating myself on firearms. I took a basic pistol class and any fear about guns vanished. Now it is an enjoyable hobby I can share with my husband. In the worse case situation, I know how to defend myself.
As with any pastime, I wanted all the accessories that went with it - but when I started searching for women friendly firearm accessories they were tough to find. I was having a hard time putting my personal touch on a hobby that was so male dominated. It seemed like my only choice was to suck it up and be one of the guys.
Then I came accross a beautiful lavender range bag. That got me thinking that there had to be more stuff out there for female firearm enthusiast. Not just stuff that was girly, but made for women's specific needs. Shooting doesn't need to be masculine - it can and should have a femine side too!
This boutique is for every women who shoots. It is for ladies like me who recently picked up a gun and want to make it a new hobby. It is for the ladies who have been shooting since childhood.
